With the cultural connotation of the wharf and the beautiful scenery of the mountains and sea as the outer packaging, the Keelung Lighthouse + Baimiao Fort + Taibaizhuang Mountain City are combined into "one tower, one village, one fort", which has the most beautiful sea-viewing secret place and different historical backgrounds and wharf cultures. The goal of this program is to let participants know the rise and fall of the wharf and the past history of the fort in Keelung in different periods through learning about the local wharf culture, war history, and the importance of Baimiao Fort and Keelung Lighthouse, and feel the changes in the economy, environment, and society caused by the changes of the times, attach importance to the recognition of the place, and empathize with the changes in the place and cherish the existing life.
